We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in beautiful Silverthorne, Colorado.

Responsibilities

* Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls
* Properly prepare and handle fresh fish
* Maintain excellent quality and presentation
* Keep the sushi bar clean and organized
* Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
* Work efficiently with the kitchen and service team

Qualifications

* Professional sushi experience preferred
* Strong knife and fish-preparation skills
* Reliable and responsible
* Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant
* Positive attitude and teamwork

Compensation: $25–$35/hour plus tips depending on experience.
